Our Cooking Classes

Submerge into Balinese culture by not only eating our delicious food but by learning the art of Balinese Cuisine. There is so much more to it than babi guling! We have a whole arsenal of different cooking methods, like steaming or grilling artfully folded banana leaf parcels called tum, or vegetable salads with a light peanut sauce called pelecing, not to forget a whole variety of condiments like pickles, roasted, yellow coconutflakes, fried, local peanuts and several types of sambel.

Our four basic cooking classes all include starter, main dish with condiments and dessert. You can choose from several options in each menu. If you have special whishes we can, of course, design the whole menu according to your taste and preferences.
